Waste oxidisation unit

As health and safety and Epa practices change over time, current practices are sometimes rendered untenable. Part of this customers income was derived from removing and converting toxic waste for their customers to a form that could be safely disposed of. Current practise exposed staff to not only exposure to toxic surroundings, but also a real potential physical danger. The resultant product using this method could not completely guarantee the result was within guidelines for safe disposal. To bring the end product up to spec and eliminate all health and safety concerns, a new oxidising unit was developed and put into production. The initial unit was based around a three meter mixer, and the design was easily scalable down the track. The precisely controlled oxidisation of the input product rendered it inert and safe to dispose after processing. The result was not only a much better end product, but staff were now not exposed to any harm during any stage of the process. Because of the level of control of the process they were able to process three times as much raw product in the same time frame compared to the initial process.
